What is your minimum number of guests?
Our cocktail party minimum is 60 guests, and sit down dinners is 20 guests.

Do you supply plates, cutlery and glassware?
All of our menus come with designer plates, cutlery, linen napkins, chefs and menus. We do supply glassware at a small extra cost.

How many staff do I need for my event?
For sit-down dinners we recommend one waiter or waitress for each 10-12 guests and extra staff to manage you beverage station. For cocktail parties one service person for each 18-25 guests and likewise barstaff for your beverages.

Some of my guests are vegetarians\vegan\celiac?
Most of our menus can be tweaked so that your special requirement guests dine just as everyone else.

How do I pay?

At Onset Catering we accept all major credit cards and payments can be made over the phone or electronic transfer. We require 50% deposit to secure your date and full payment before commencement of your function.

When can I give final numbers?
We will accept final numbers 10 business days before your event and adjust your invoice accordingly.
